MORAY COUNCIL INSPECTION
The Regulator will look at how the Moray Council delivers its services to the tenants of Moray, in particular they will be looking at property maintenance, housing management and its homelessness services. The team of inspectors will want to talk to tenants to find out how they see the council service delivery and what they think of the councils services in general. The inspection team will be at the Tenants Conference to tell the tenants about the inspection and how it will affect them and what they can expect while it is taking place and what will happen afterwards.
This is the fifth annual conference that the Core Group has orgnised and run. The programme and timings will be coming out shortly. The conference is free to tenants and lunch, coffees and teas are provided. The members of the inspection team will be present to talk to tenants. As place are limited it is advisable to book early. Booking forms will be in the next issue of the Tenants voice and available at housing offices across the county.
