The beautiful county of Moray lies hidden from the main Scottish tourist route, in the north-east of Scotland and is ideally situated in the sheltered Moray firth area between the mountains of the Highlands of Scotland in the west and the Grampians in the east.

 Moray has many attractions and is a popular destination for tourists looking for something different. The town of Forres to the west is a favourite for those who like flowers, as the town boasts some of the most beautiful flower displays around and has won countless awards for this. Speyside is home to some of the worlds best malt whiskies and with so many distilleries and visitor centres visitors are spoilt for choice.To the east you will find Buckie which is surrounded by little fishing villages with their colourfully painted houses which is a tradition from years gone bye. Elgin is the capital of Moray and is home to Elgin cathedral which attracts many visitors all year long, and has become a popular venue for weddings. For the more adventurouse there is Lady Hill on top of which stands a monument to the Duke of Gordon the hill also provides a great veiwing platform for Elgin.
